There are no “rules” to therapy - you don’t need to be at a certain level of distress or in crisis to see a therapist. If you find yourself stuck or struggling with anything in your life, and you’re looking to change, therapy is for you, too!
If you still find yourself feeling unsure about whether therapy is right for you, we can always meet for a free 15-minute video consultation to help you determine what you’re looking for and what would be right for you.
Therapy is a supportive, safe space for you to heal, learn more about yourself, and find new ways to navigate your life and the world. All are welcome!
